Michael Lotten

Mike Lotten has been in the mortgage lending industry since 1984. He is a Senior Loan Officer/Mortgage Originator and has been with Liberty Bank Mortgage since 2010. Mike has consistently been recognized as one of the top producing mortgage originators in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Prior to joining the Liberty Bank mortgage team, Mike worked as a Senior Loan Officer and Originator for Dryades Mortgage and Underwriter, Senior Loan Officer, and Originator with The Mortgage Factory, LLC. Mike has also worked as a real estate agent, Housing and Business Loan Officer for Armstrong Redevelopment Corporation, and was Bureau Chief, Housing Community Development for the City of New Orleans, facilitating all housing, energy efficiency and Rental Rehab Programs in compliance with Federal Community Block Grants Allocations.

Mike enjoys educating his clients and participating in homebuyer education programs so that homebuyers are able to make the most informed decision possible. His client first mentality has helped him develop an outstanding reputation in the real estate community and has created a broad network of satisfied clients.

Mike has a degree from Xavier University of Louisiana in Mortgage Banking and is an Alumni of St. Augustine High School in New Orleans, LA.
