Dwain Davis has been a dedicated Financial Community Advocate in the financial industry since 1995. He actively collaborates with industry professionals and community non-profit organizations to develop solutions for improving home affordability in communities facing financial challenges. Specializing in assisting first-time home buyers, he focuses on facilitating access to down payment and closing cost assistance programs, offering hope to those who believed homeownership was out of reach. Dwain has organized and led numerous seminars and workshops on financial wellness throughout the Midwest region, particularly in communities historically underserved in financial resources.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Dwain continues to call this city home and takes pride in understanding the community and its unique needs. He serves as a dedicated board member of the King Arts Complex and The Church Must Lead Social Justice Initiative, actively collaborating with organizations such as Homeport, Franklinton Development Association, Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and others to drive positive change in the community.
In addition to his community advocacy work, Dwain is an experienced international entrepreneur who is currently pursuing studies at Purdue University, focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
