Jonathan Wilson

Jonathan Wilson has been with Liberty Bank and Trust Company since 2006 and is currently the Vice President of Mortgage at Liberty Bank and Trust Company in New Orleans, LA. His varied career includes leading the business process reengineering of control systems for accounting, mortgage origination, and servicing. In his current role, he leads the overall mortgage operations including production planning, process workflow, customer service, online origination, mortgage accounting, and mortgage loan servicing.

Jonathan also has an active interest in serving the New Orleans community. Service and leadership guide his work with many notable organizations including Black Education for NOLA (BENOLA) (Chairman of the Board), Collegiate Academies (Vice Chairman of the Board), 100 Black Men of Metro New Orleans, Inc. (Past President), New Orleans Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), GNO Inc.’s Next Gen Council and a host of other previous roles in Education, Economic Development, and Civic Engagement.

Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political and Economic Philosophy from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WV. He also completed the Leadership School at Louisiana Banker’s Association, New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Louisiana Bankers Association, and the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute.

Jonathan is married with 2 children.
