Bruce Price

Bruce W. Price serves clients as a Luxury Dream Home Consultant in the metro-Atlanta market. Bruce works with clients who have chosen to build a luxury custom home by serving as a concierge to support the end-to-end process of building a home. Bruce helps clients by easing the fear, uncertainty and doubt of the building process for first time home builders to repeat clients.

Bruce engages clients early in the process to understand their desires, lifestyle, and budget. Bruce consults and guides the client through all the mission critical steps of the design/build process, resulting in an exceptional customer experience.

Bruce is known as a confident professional business communicator with inspirational and motivational presentation and coaching skills. He is a dynamic leader who has been very effective in helping clients manage the process of building their luxury custom dream homes. Bruce is building a network of minority owned companies with the mission of creating generational wealth for his and other children.

Previously, Bruce served as Director of Business Development, Director of Operations, Director of HR and Warranty Manager for Loudermilk Custom Homes of Atlanta.

Prior to his Leadership Team role at Loudermilk Homes, Bruce served as a Leadership Development & Training Consultant for the Goodwill Industries of North Georgia.

Before his Leadership Consulting role at Goodwill of North Georgia, Bruce spent eighteen years with Xerox Corporation, where he held positions as National Director of Sales Operations and Sales Coverage, Global Account Manager for UPS and Coca-Cola and in his last position he was, Manager, Sales Operations, Xerox of Georgia responsible for $193M in annuals sales and service revenue.

Bruce makes a positive contribution to the community by serving as Executive Director of PEAK Performance Sports & Development Foundation Inc., a Georgia based 501 (c) 3 public foundation, which he founded. PEAK Performance has a mission of “Developing Little Girls, Into Leading Women.” PEAK Performance was organized to develop, expand, and promote knowledge and physical fitness for the purpose of human health, academic and athletic performance of young girls. PEAK Performance uses Sports to make good girls’ better people. Bruce also serves as The Mt. Pisgah Middle School Girls Basketball Community Coach.

Bruce has served on several boards and committees including The North Penn School District (PA) Multicultural Task Force, The Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors, Board of Directors Junior Achievement of Georgia and the North Georgia District Council of Church Development of the United Methodist Church.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University.

Bruce is a native of Siler City, North Carolina and currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife Angela. Bruce and Angela have two daughters, Brandi, who resides in Alpharetta and Allison Davis who resides in Winston-Salem NC., Son-In-Law Frank Davis and grandsons Cameron Wesley Davis & Brice Winston Davis.
